Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Role**:
This position is highly visible and plays a key role in helping shape the future of the organisation and Greater Bank’s talent.
Partnering with leaders across the organisation, including the Executive and Senior Management team you will build capability to improve business performance, including utilising contemporary sourcing methodologies and approaches, talent pipelines, and pooling to maximise every hiring opportunity.

- An innovative, dynamic, self-driven person who has a genuine passion in delivering service excellence
- Previous experience in managing end to end recruitment activity, ideally high volume
- Sourcing capability with experience using various platforms and channels
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- A drive for results, with proven success managing competing priorities
**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Partner with hiring managers to build capability and improve business performance
- Use contemporary sourcing methodologies to attract and engage the right talent and create talent pipelines
- Use data and insights to drive effective and targeted recruitment marketing campaigns
- Lead the recruitment process end to end in your portfolio
