**About the Role**

This role is a remote-based position with the support of advanced technology and collaborative team structure, you will work from home and still not feel alone - we stay connected You will be provided with laptop and monitor so you have all the tools you need to work effectively.

**What will you be doing?**
- Facilitate quality screening techniques and uphold compliance standards in accordance with Aged Care Act.
- Maintain accurate records within e-Recruitment platform (Express) and current compliance database, whilst we transition into a new automated platform.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment within a high performing and supportive team - we work together and nothing is impossible

**About You**:

- Previous recruitment experience minimum two (2) years'
- Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and selection process
- Excellent interpersonal skills, you love people right?
- Can-do attitude supporting the varied workload management across the team as directed by the Talent Acquisition Lead
- Demonstrated self-motivator, you work well in a team and get things done independently
- You are a confident, positive and can-do attitude 'professional' in the world of Talent
- Familiarity with VISAs will be a bonus

The salary package on offer is $75,000 (Pro-rata), PLUS super and additional benefits including:
