Our client, one of the largest manufacturing operations of its kind within the AsiaPac region, is currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will lead and manage the recruitment process for this large manufacturing organisation. You will be experienced in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- **Developing and implementing recruitment strategies**: Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organisation. This may involve developing job postings, identifying the most effective channels for job postings, and developing a strong employer brand.
- **360 Recruitment**:Run a 360-recruitment process, whilst also coaching and mentoring graduate HR Officers on the recruitment process.
- **Building relationships with hiring managers**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process. You may also be responsible for developing job descriptions and screening criteria.
- **Managing the offer process**: Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- **Maintaining recruitment metrics**: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention rates, to ensure the recruitment process is effective and efficient.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have extensive experience as a 360-recruitment professional in either an agency or an internal large organisation.

The successful Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in helping this large organisation find and hire the right talent to achieve their company goals.
