**About the Role**

Ingenia Communities is looking for an engaging and professional Executive Assistant to support our ongoing business growth and be part of a high performing team with great team culture.

This dynamic role will primarily provide day-to-day management and coordination support to our Executive General Manager (EGM) of Development. Additionally, the role will provide support to the Development Senior Leadership team reporting to the EGM as well as ad hoc office support to our Office Manager.

This role will be based in our CBD office 5 days a week, with a little flexibility.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Diary management, meeting coordination and travel for the Executive General Manager, Development
- Support with invoice management and coding credit card expenses
- Prepare presentations and collate information
- Coordinate team meetings and workshops (onsite and offsite) including catering
- Managing receiving guests and deliveries from the lobby on occasion
- Assist the Sydney Corporate office in the absence of the Office Manager
- Develop professional relationships with your team members to ensure optimal communication, efficiency, and productivity
- Occasional travel within Australia

**About You**
- Extensive experience in a similar fast-paced position - preferably property background but not essential
- Strong computer literacy skills particularly with Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT, Outlook,
- Exceptional planning and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Confident in decision making and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Anticipate needs and resolve problems
