With our upcoming projects in Australia, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Services Manager for our Australian operation.

You will predominantly be working from our Brisbane office but may be required to work on-site from time to time as required.

As a Corporate Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing policies and guidelines and setting objectives for Itraferr’s Australian branch in consultation with the Managing Director
- Providing administrative and operational support to senior management
- Planning and coordinating day-day administration and management of Itaferr’s Australian operation to achieve business goals and maximise profit
- Identifying business opportunities and expand Italferr’s business in Australia
- Consulting with department managers and reviewing reports on business development, performance and progress on projects in Australia
- Identifying area of improvements and making recommendations to the Managing Director
- Managing and authorising funding for construction materials, equipment, machinery and human resources
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders with commercial acumen
- Reinforcing business relationships that will enhance value and increase the likelihood of successful long-term clients
- Representing Italferr in business tenders and negotiations
- Preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts and reports on business performance and presenting them to the Managing Director
- Assisting in financial management to ensure costs are controlled in accordance with budgets and overseeing cash flow of the business
- Collecting and analysing financial information on the financial status, cost structures and trading effectiveness of Italferr’s Australian branch
- Selecting, training and managing administrative staff
- Ensuring compliance with laws

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills/experience:

- Bachelor degree or higher in business or a related field
- At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in business administration/management
- Experience in the civil engineering industry will be highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering industry standards and regulations will be highly regarded
- Technical acumen and good problem-solving ability
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact and build relationships with stakeholders on all levels

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and skills.

**Salary**: $108,000.00 - $136,000.00 per year
