The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a full time permanent basis. You will need to be a sharp thinker who is able to work in a fast paced environment and committed to learning. We are fun-loving, hard-working and would love for you to join our team

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Timely and accurate processing of invoices and staff expenses
- Supplier account reconciliations.
- Processing payments;
- Managing queries from internal departments and external suppliers; and
- General admin duties.

**Selection Criteria**
- Microsoft Excel skills;
- Ability to communicate professionally & effectively
- A collaborative team player;
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve; and
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bowen Hills, QLD 4006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
