Working alongside a supportive finance team, the purpose of this role is to manage the organisation’s Accounts Payable function by working across the entire group to ensure supplier bills are approved, processed and paid with accuracy and on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable function including verifying new suppliers, entering of invoices, reconciling supplier statements and paying suppliers.
- Managing the accounts payable inbox and promptly addressing queries
- Credit card and employee expense management
- Purchase order management for material stock items
- Prepare EFT ABA files for management review and upload to bank
- Manage accounts payable process and procedures
- Bank reconciliations

Knowledge, Skill and Experience

You will be an experienced Accounts Payable professional, with a minimum of 3 years of experience gained in a high volume, complex environment with multiple subsidiaries.
