**About the Opportunity**
An opportunity is now available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our growing team in Seven Hills NSW 2147.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Processing supplier invoices & credit notes
- Preparing payment plan and processing payments
- Liaising with branches and suppliers and resolving issues / disputes
- Building and maintaining solid supplier relationships
- Ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled in a timely manner
- Updating supplier database and assist with reporting
- Scanning and file management
- General ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will possess;
- 3+ years experience in a high volume, full function accounts payable role
- Able to adapt to Accounts Payable modules across differing ERP systems
- Experience in AP automation
- Intermediate MS Office and strong data entry skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and
- suppliers
- Exposure to multi-branch network environment will be highly regarded
- A desire to develop a long standing career within Questas Group.
