We now have an exciting opportunity for a Quality & Accounts Officer to join our team in Bowen Hills on a full-time basis.

**Your next opportunity**:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end procurement and supply support. Working closely with both the Supply team and our Accounts Payable department on daily and month-end tasks, in turn providing assistance for the practice's sizable inventory management operations.

Your core duties will include:

- Review standard operating procedures
- Review & identify workflow opportunities
- Deliver & maintain in-house quality improvements for the Supply Departments
- Develop relationships with vendors for continuous improvements
- Address non-conformances by vendors/products in an auditable approach
- Assist with the end-of-month accounts process
- Assist with goods receipted/not invoiced reduction
- Follow up on the main laboratory in Bowen Hills and regional laboratory receipts
- Standing order receipting
- Review and support system flows between Accounts Payable and Procurement

**What you will bring to the team**:
To thrive in this role, you will be a proactive and positive individual with experience in creating new SOP manuals and exposure to Accounts Payable processes. It's important that you have strong attention to detail and can work with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.

You will be naturally inquisitive and keen to understand stock control variances. In your day to day, you will have the skills to think laterally, work independently, be a team player and be willing to contribute beyond your duties to ensure we meet our business needs.
