**About the Opportunity**

An opportunity is now available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our growing team in Seven Hills NSW 2147, on a twelve month 'maternity leave coverage' position.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

- Processing supplier invoices & credit notes.
- Preparing payment plan and processing payments.
- Liaising with branches and suppliers and resolving issues / disputes.
- Building and maintaining solid supplier relationships.
- Ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
- Updating supplier database and assist with reporting.
- Scanning and file management.
- General ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- 3+ years experience in a high volume, full function accounts payable role.
- Able to adapt to Accounts Payable modules across differing ERP systems.
- Experience in AP automation.
- Intermediate MS Office and strong data entry skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and
suppliers.
- Exposure to multi-branch network environment will be highly regarded.
