We’re looking for a casual **Accounts Payable Officer** to support our Accounts Payable (AP) team during periods of leave or high demand. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic finance environment.

**About the role**:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will support the Team Leader of the accounts payable team in providing high quality AP services to all business streams of BaptistCare.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in accounts administration, accounting, finance or related field
- Workplace experience in accounts payable function in an environment with high volume and a wide variety of financial transactions
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience with operating accounting systems, ideally Technology One and Tungsten Total Agility with experience in technology automated data and image capture
- Demonstrated experience to be hands-on as required to ensure the AP team deadlines
- Experience in the AP month-end and year-end processes
