**The Role**
**As an Assistant Client Relations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the busy day-to-day running of our business for our clients and agents and be a valued team member.**
**You will work 4 to 5 days a week.**
**You will manage your time effectively, handle accurate report writing, and pay meticulous attention to detail. This role offers a blend of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to contribute to our success while enjoying a variety of tasks and being trained by industry experts along the way.**
- **Location: Our office is located in Frenchs Forest, with convenient access to public transport and free street parking.**
**Key Duties**
- **Review, inspect and edit reports through our customised database.**:
- **Enhancing client experience by vetting and improving reports to meet client and industry standards.**
**Requirements**:
- **Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.**:
- **Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.**:
- **Proven track record of performing repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.**:
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.**:
- **A highly organised individual with exceptional time management skills.**:
- **Ability to effectively manage time-sensitive tasks.**:
- **Capability to work autonomously.**:
- **A collaborative spirit with a commitment to supporting team goals.**:
- **Demonstrate the ability to remain composed and responsive under times of pressure.**
**This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer support, database editing experience, a literary enthusiast or similar fields where speed and accuracy are paramount.**
