Logistics Coordinator

About the role

ConMed Australia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator / Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Frenchs Forest, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for coordinating the efficient flow of goods and materials through our warehouse, ensuring products are stored, processed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, process and inventory incoming goods and materials
• Assist with the storage and organisation of stock in the warehouse
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Coordinate logistics activities such as arranging transport and liaising with couriers
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to warehouse operations
• Support the operations team with other ad-hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems
• Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
