**Your new role**
This department is currently looking for individuals who have a strong passion for IT, no technical exp is required. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, call centre or any other customer facing profession then we encourage you to apply.
- Providing L1 Support including password reset, account setups, printer issues, VPN set up and more
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will possess excellent communication skills, including a confident and helpful phone manner. You will also possess sound prioritisation skills and the ability to work well both independently and with others. You must have worked with a customer service role before.
- Passion for IT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous exp in a customer service role
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to learn quickly on the job
- Ability to prioritise
- Australian Citizenship
