Renowned medical insurance organisation seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support busy Brisbane office.
**Your new company**
A nationally-recognised medical defence organisation is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to support their busy Brisbane operations. Based in the CBD, you'll be joining an organisation that prides itself on excellence and development, setting you up for a long career in IT.
**Your new role**
As the Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the sole point of contact for all end-users based in the Brisbane CBD office. Collaborating remotely with the Sydney and Melbourne teams, you'll be the face of the organisation and provide and outstanding level of support to internal staff. Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will vary, but some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing first, and some second level, support to agreed service levels
- Administrating user accounts, access, and group policy in Active Directory
- Printer administration
- Hardware support for laptops, PCs, and peripherals
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be a keen IT professional, eager to learn and provide a phenomenal level of customer service. You will ideally posses at least a year of working experience in a similar role, and you will have demonstrated phenomenal communication skills that allow you to keep your clients updated at every stage of a ticket's life cycle. Your key competencies and experience will include, but is not limited to:
- Working knowledge of MS operating systems, including M365
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Strong understanding of desktops and mobile devices
- Previous exposure to Citrix environments and SharePoint is desirable
- ITIL certification is preferred, but not essential

The responsibility afforded to you in this role will allow you to get stuck into a variety of different tech, and you'll build long-lasting relationships with the Brisbane team who are excited to have you onboard Aside from the insurance and medical benefits you'll recieve from working with this organisation as well, you'll be offered 2 days working from home a week as well as an annual remuneration of $60,000 - $70,000 + super.
