**What you will be doing**
The Sales Support Specialist role is a critical role providing administrative support across the sales function. This person will be involved in both pre-sales and post-sales activity and will get great exposure to the internal running’s of a mid-sized high-performance sales function as well as customer exposure. This is a great learning opportunity for someone who is keen to dive in, be open to new opportunities and learn. Responsibilities may include monitoring and reporting on order status, sales lead management, administrative tasks within the CRM system, maintaining accurate sales records and client records, compiling sales reports and assisting with trials.

What we are seeking in this person:

- 1+ years of Sales Support or Sales Admin experience in a busy product focused Sales environment. If you don’t have this experience we are still open to hearing from you if you have the ability to pick things up quickly and have a genuine desire to immerse yourself into a busy role
- Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce is ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
