We are looking for an experienced, energised, and qualified Sales support specialist to join the thriving training division of Asset Schools. Working closely with the sales lead, you will provide key support and ownership to the sales operation and exceptional customer service.
The sales support specialist's responsibilities include attending sales meetings with clients and prospects, capturing key actions, identifying and tracking sales leads in the CRM, generating quotes, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, and helping deliver an amazing onsite experience.
The sales support specialist is also responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.
**Responsibilities**
- Answering customer inquiries, scheduling and attending sales meetings, and following up with customers about their orders in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales lead to identify and create sales leads within existing and new accounts.
- Manage the CRM data for accurate sales forecasting and reporting for the sales team and business.
- Identifying sales trends and liaising with the sales lead to develop sales strategies for each training campaign.
- Generating quotes, processing orders in a timely manner, capturing attendee details, and sending confirmations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the finance team in managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organised and accessible CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales lead in scheduling F2F and online customer meetings and sales trips.
**The experience we are looking for**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, and people centric
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
