Based in our Head Office within the beautiful Killean Facility, Inverell you will be required to travel from time to time to support recruitment activities and events, such as career centres or possible assessment centres. As part of the People & Culture team we have team members based across NSW & QLD. Our remote working systems provide superior connections with professionals working across NSW, QLD & VIC. We even have Newcastle employees, so face-to-face interactions is not uncommon. This is a role, where you will not be alone.

**About the Role**

McLean Care are looking for a highly motivated person to join their recruitment team for a fixed term of 12 months, with view to extension.

**What will you be doing?**
- Managing your portfolio, you will advertise, screening, interview and support talent acquisition deliverables.
- Maintaining accurate records within e-Recruitment platform (Express).
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment within a high performing and supportive team

**About You**:

- Previous recruitment experience minimum two (2) years'
- Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and selection process
- Excellent interpersonal skills, you love people right?
- Demonstrated Ad Writing skills and knowledge of attraction strategies across various mediums
- Demonstrated self-motivator, you work well in a team and get things done independently
- You are a confident, positive and can-do attitude 'professional' in the world of Talent

**The salary package on offer is $75,000, PLUS super and additional benefits including**:
