In this role you will be required to provide customer service both in person and over the phone, doing some internal and external sales, looking at stock transfers and organising contractor transport for the product. **Responsibilities** Customer service: - Process data into SAP - Deliver a high level of customer service - Process customer orders - Process customer returns/credits - Coordinate deliveries - Assist Despatch in processing driver paperwork - Process special Made To Order product (MTO) orders - Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained **Requirements**: - High attention to detail - Work under dead lines - have a "can do attitude" and to be able to work with a team - Effective communication skills - Ability to always operate in a friendly and professional manner - Willingness to be part of a dynamic team - Ability to prioritise and think on your feet - Demonstrated high level computer skills - SAP experience is desirable **Benefits** - Lots of training and learning & development opportunities - Access to Employee Assistance Program - Volunteering leave - Access to novated leasing and employee share plan - Lovely, collaborative and inclusive team
