**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and run assessment centres
- Facilitate pre-employment screening, such as drug tests and background checks
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Blue Collar Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Knowledge of blue collar industries and job functions, including skills, certifications, and safety requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
