**About you**
You are a strategic, analytical and results driven Workforce Planning Lead with a strong customer service and delivery focus. Your extensive experience has helped you to develop highly effective organisational and problem-solving skills, and strong functional knowledge of influencing factors such as KPI’s, service levels, and the relationships between quality, productivity, and employee satisfaction. You are engaging and collaborative and have exceptional communication and motivational skills. You can influence the business and customer through your expertise, consultative approach, and technical and commercial awareness. You are a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do.
**About the role**
You will provide team leadership within the workforce planning team to ensure that the Workforce Plan is accurately maintained within the Workforce Management system. This includes the analysis of the forecast and creation of rosters and schedules to ensure that we have the right number of people, with the right skills at the right time across the contracts that the Operational Support Centre (OSC) services. You will also act as conduit between the Service Delivery team, the wider WFM team and the commercial KPIs associated with the Workforce Plan. This will also include facilitating the day to day reporting functions and assisting in the development and delivery of planning related workforce management initiatives. You will provide leadership, direction, support, and development to the Planning team to foster a high-performance culture and build career pathways.
