About the Business

Our Disability and Specialised Services Division provides valuable support to the South Australian community through direct service delivery, inclusion policy and sector reform work. As a registered NDIS provider, they provide SIL services that supervise and help with everyday tasks to support people living with disability to live as independently as possible. The Division also encompasses quality and clinical services and the DHS Equipment Program.

Role Details

The Workforce Planning Analyst plays a pivotal role within Disability and Specialised Services, providing strategic insight and operational support to optimise workforce effectiveness.

Reporting to the Rostering and Workforce Management Lead, this position is responsible for analysing complex workforce data to identify trends, forecast staffing requirements, and deliver actionable insights that inform leadership decision-making.

The role leads the design, maintenance and optimisation of master rosters, ensuring compliance with client goals, funding frameworks and organisational standards.

Working collaboratively across teams, the Workforce Planning Analyst contributes to workforce planning strategies, supervises and supports Workforce Rostering Specialists, and applies best-practice analytical tools to create cost-effective staffing models.

The role also maintains dashboards and reports to communicate key workforce metrics and performance outcomes to stakeholders.

Some out of hours work may be required.

Extensive experience in Workforce Planning and Resourcing is highly desirable.
