Our client is a boutique tenant advisory firm based in Brisbane, specializing in providing comprehensive and tailored solutions to commercial tenants across various industries within the Commercial Real Estate sector. With an established track record of delivering exceptional services and value to their clients, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role that presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking events, and referrals within the commercial real estate industry.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis within the commercial property sector.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with real estate occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of our transaction management services within commercial real estate.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Market Intelligence and Industry Networking:
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand professional networks and generate leads within the commercial real estate industry.
- Participate in industry associations and forums to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership in the market.
- Take the lead in organizing client events to foster meaningful connections and showcase our expertise.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Three to five years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the commercial property industry.
- Existing relationships with real estate occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry professionals would be highly advantageous.
- Some knowledge of transaction management processes, lease negotiations, and commercial real estate market dynamics is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
