Our client is currently recruiting for a Leading Hand to work throughout Brisbane (with some regional work) for an immediate start.

**Benefits**
- Full time position
- 38hr week roster, plus possible overtime and travel away work when required
- $30per hour plus penalties
- Accrual of personal and annual leave
- LAFA paid when working away
- Base site - Murarrie

**About the role**
- Managing team of 2-8
- Reading and interpreting written instructions and drawings
- Accurately measure and set out work site drawings
- Delegation of task and duties to team
- Liaising with clients and site contacts
- Correctly filing out required documentation and paperwork
- Working on equipment such as Forklifts, Scissor lifts and use of general hand/ power tools
- Building, dismantling and doing repairs on pallet racking in Warehouses

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Minimum 12 months experience in a Leading Hand Role
- Previous Pallet Racking experience would be an advantage
- Must have: White Card, Forklift Licence, Open Drivers Licence, Scissor Lift ticket
- Great time management skills and reliable
- Exceptional leadership skills and able to complete task in delegated time frames
- Current resume with 2x recent work referees to contact
- Able to attend our Yeerongpilly office for an interview
