**Your new role**

Your new role will see you playing a crucial role in the construction industry. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position:

- Supervision and Coordination
- Blueprint Analysis
- Project Management
- Safety Compliance
- Quality Assurance

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, our client has 2 different avenues they are open to.

First option - Freshly out of your apprenticeship and aspiring to develop your career in the commercial space working your way through to a leading hand/foreman
- Cert III Carpenty
- White Card
- Own tools and reliable vehicle
- Hardworking and reliable

Second Option - Commercial leading hand with at least 5 years of commercial experience
- Cert III Carpentry
- White Card
- Own tools and reliable vehicle
- Hardworking and reliable
- Reference to back up your commercial work
