Job Summary:

As Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for Quality Control, Training and reporting directly to the Foreman/Operations Manager.

About the Role:

  • Supervising and coordinating the factory team to meet production schedules
  • Maintaining a focus on quality control throughout all production stages
  • Ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety standards
  • Providing hands-on support and guidance to team members
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving to address production challenges
  • Communicating effectively with the management team and other departments

About You:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A hands-on approach to leadership, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

  • Strong understanding of cabinetry production processes and quality standards

  • Committed to aim for a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing, construction, or cabinetry environment

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Trade qualification in cabinetry, joinery, or a related field
