**Job Description**:

We are proud partners with BOC, a leading provider of industrial, medical, and special gases. Together, we strive to maintain the highest level of compliance and safety in our operations across Victoria. As the Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for upholding regulatory and safety standards to ensure the smooth and secure operation of our bulk gases distribution network.
As the Compliance Officer, you will:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to assess operational compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating closely with the operations team to implement corrective actions and process enhancements.
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities and producing reports for management review.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A solid background in compliance, preferably within a logistics or industrial environment.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of compliance.
