Join Our Team as a Quality Control Officer

At NCI Packaging, we pride ourselves on delivering safe, sustainable, and high-quality packaging solutions. We're looking for a motivated Quality Control Officer work closely with the HSEQ Lead and production teams to ensure compliance, strengthen our quality systems, and help embed our zero-harm culture.

What you'll be doing
  • Support the HSEQ Lead with implementation of safety, environmental, and quality initiatives.
  • Review and monitor quality control checks, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Participate in internal and external audits (ISO 9001 & ISO
  • Assist with incident investigations, risk assessments, and workplace inspections.
  • Support waste management and environmental compliance programs.
  • Analyse data, review processes, and contribute to product and process improvement activities.
  • Provide training and guidance on safety and quality systems to production teams.
  • Maintain communication boards and ensure key safety/quality information is current.
What you'll bring
  • Knowledge and experience in quality control and assurance.
  • Qualification in internal auditing (preferred).
  • Training in Lean / Root Cause Analysis investigations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Knowledge of safety risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive, genuine, and safety-first mindset.
