**Position : Rostering Coordinator**

**Location : Hawthorn, Victoria**

**About the role**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Roster Coordinator to work with a great team to support the smooth operation of the business.

ARA Property Services is a highly reputable company operating in the cleaning and maintenance industry serving many commercial premises Australia wide.

As the reporting coordinator you will be adaptable, detail orientated and a multi-tasker with an ability to think outside of the square to solve problems.

**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Implement, monitor and maintain day to day rostering requirements in accordance with the relevant awards
- Liaise with operations team members, People and Culture team on staffing needs
- Address and manage overtime and absenteeism issues
- Liaise with Operations team members regarding changes or requirements relating to rostering.
- Participate in Operations team meetings
- Provide support in maaging the time and attenance system.
- Supporting employee queries in relation to thier rosters.
- Provide relevant reports for the operations team

**About you**
- Previous Experience in rostering management will be an denefite advantage
- Ability to manage rosters for the employees working in commercial premises.
- Team Player
- Proficient in computers
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
