Australian Smile Clinics aims to revolutionise the provision of affordable teeth straightening treatments to all Australians. Enjoy the work life balance Work a 9 day fortnight Monday - Friday, NO LATE NIGHTS OR SATURDAYS, the weekends are yours

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in the Dental Industry
  • Excellent computer skills; proficiency in using Exact software is preferred
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Willing to learn new skills, take constructive feedback and work with CADCAM technology
  • Willing to be a part of a supportive, close-knit team
  • Self-motivated, reliable and willingness to work well as part of a team
  • Leadership Experience
  • Outstanding Customer Service: "Wow" our patients and go above and beyond to make sure their visit is memorable and personalized.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize.
  • An eagerness to learn and willing to undertake training and education.
  • A creative outlook: work smarter, not harder.
  • Must have the following qualities: Take accountability, Have the drive to help grow the business & have a positive attitude

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Working closely with & reporting to Management / Directors
- Management of staff including rostering
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Admin duties & reporting
- Reception & Treatment Coordinator duties
- Rostering & Payroll
- In-person position to provide direct support to your team
