**Reservation and Event Coordinator**

We are looking for an exceptional event manager to coordinate our functions at Young's Wine Rooms. This is an exciting time to be a part of Eastern Grace Group as we continue to expand.

**A bit about us**:
Youngs Wine Rooms is an exuberant, fast-paced restaurant with a strong focus on wine. Located in the former auction rooms on Camberwell Road, the restaurant brings a slice of the Mediterranean to the heart of Camberwell. Young’s offers a variety of dining experiences, from after work drinks to large functions and events, it is a place for all occasions.

**A bit about you**:

- A minimum of 3 years of functions/event management
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Passion for hospitality and delivering premium service
- Ability to coordinate end to end event bookings and management
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Coaching and leadership skills
- Implement strategies and campaigns to attract new customers
- Have a can do attitude and a passion for what you do
- Have Monday-Friday daytime availability

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Act as the initial point of contact for the venue.
- Manage the event management system and reservations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Administration duties as needed
- Engagement and follow-up with clients
- Coordinate all related operational requirements including liaising with kitchen team, audio, invoicing and ensuring any other customer requirements are met
- Provide function information/runsheets to all staff
- Drive continuous improvement in all reservation and event procedures, processes and client engagement

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
