STEDI, the leader in Automotive LED Lighting, is now seeking a** Customer Service/Salesperson** to join their family

To be considered for this position you must live and breathe four wheel driving, camping and all things automotive. A strong commitment to delivering top quality service to our valued customers whilst having a good sense of humour is a must

**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Provide an excellent sales and service experience to all customers.
- Have exceptional attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and be the ability to think outside the square.
- Be a team player with great communication skills.
- Be willing to learn and grow with the business.
- Be passionate, motivated, and organized.
- Possess good computer skills.
- Liaise with our onsite warehouse.
- Process orders and customer returns
- Enjoy building long-lasting relationships with our B2C customers.
- Maintaining brand presentation standards and brand awareness.
- Maintaining a positive & helpful environment for our customers.
- Passionate and positive attitude
- Customer focus with a strong ability to build relationships.
- Be reliable, punctual & passionate.
- Excellent communication skills
- Hold a valid full Australian driver's license.
- Excellent grammar and general written communication skills.
