About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis in Truganina, VIC.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service, processing orders, and supporting the sales team with a commercial mindset. If you enjoy variety, take pride in your work, and thrive in a busy team environment, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer enquiries and sales calls with professionalism

  • Accurately process sales orders and provide product information

  • Proactively identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Support Business Development Managers with admin and sales tasks

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects and potential distributors

  • Provide regular updates and reports in sales meetings

  • Manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets

  • Build and maintain strong customer and internal relationships

About You

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or internal sales

  • A commercial mindset with a strong focus on performance

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

  • Humble, open to feedback, and eager to continuously improve

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-focused

  • Strong emotional intelligence and people skills
