About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our growing warehouse logistics team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and knows how to build strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

 Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issues.

 Provide timely updates on orders, deliveries, and warehouse operations.

 Coordinate with internal warehouse, transport, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

 Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.

 Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service reports.

 Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and logistics processes.

 Must speak fluent English (both verbal and written)

 Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations is an advantage (training provided).

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
