As their present-day training environment becomes more versatile and digitised, they are currently implementing an innovative program to retain and cement their place as industry leaders in technology and training.

**The Opportunity**
Our client is seeking a commercially minded and enthusiastic individual to join their Melbourne team. You must be IT savvy and passionate about teaching, as your technical skills will be instrumental in assisting the training team to transition their current training management process to a cloud-based on-demand microlearning platform. In addition, your key responsibilities will include managing enrolments, bookings, and coordinating training courses for their clients whilst always providing outstanding customer service.
- Plan, organise, and schedule ongoing training of the national sales and marketing team and overseas clients
- Assist clients by providing support and advice and directing their enquires to the relevant people as required
- Coordinate and manage travel for trainers and oversee training resources, personnel, venues, and equipment
- Maintain and update database details relating to course completion and the certification of trained clients
- Schedule and attend regular training management meetings and complete follow-up assessments
- Work with the training team to transform the training material to an on-demand platform
- Suggest ideas to improve the training experience for attendees

**Position Requirements**
- Awareness of and experience in topics such as Knowledge Management, Microlearning, Game-based learning, and Augmented and Virtual Reality would be a considerable advantage.
- Understanding the concepts of regulatory compliance under Quality Management System (QMS) processes and how the training of these concepts is best approached would also be a considerable advantage.
- Experience using the TryBooking, Credly and Hubspot platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills - ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Commitment to and knowledge of compliance requirements, and ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated computer software skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Strong time management and organisational skills - the ability to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, and work under pressure - both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude and professional personal presentation with a willingness to accept change.
