**Your new role**
As Knowledge Manager, you will sit in the Operations team:
- Provide comprehensive information on business operations, processes, procedures and department information to enable internal teams to support customers effectively and compliantly.
- Initiate, develop and publish timely and effective employee communications via multiple channels.
- Ensuring content is engaging and easy to interpret, enabling team members to implement changes to their day-to-day activities, reducing the reliance on formal face-to-face training.
