**Your Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Knowledge Officer to join our team in Melbourne office. This role will be responsible for assisting in the organisation and coordination of key internal information, with a focus on enhancing consistency, clarity, and accessibility of materials that support day-to-day operations across several departments.

Your responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Identify key knowledge areas and gaps within teams to support effective information sharing
- Organise and maintain internal documents, training materials, and team resources
- Assist with onboarding and training through clear, well-structured documentation
- Support the creation and distribution of guides, reference materials, and process charts
- Coordinate internal communication on updates to company policy, products, or procedures
- Promote knowledge sharing across teams and help improve access to relevant resources

**Requirements**:

- Few years’ experiences in performing the above tasks in the similar role
- Tertiary qualification in related field
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document management or knowledge-sharing platforms is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
