Yes Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time HR Assistant to support the HR Executive in managing the company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support in various HR functions for 20 hours per week.

HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in employee recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating training and development programs for employees
- Support the daily operations of the HR department

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role
- A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- Familiarity with HR management systems and databases
- Will have sound knowledge of applicable HR legislation and workplace health & safety standard
- Be self-motivated and results orientated
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 20 hours per week - Clerk sector award Level 2

Schedule:
4-hour shift, 5 days a week

Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
