An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Executive to join the company during an important growth phase. We are medium scale company, who looks for new opportunities. Yes Hospitality has been in the business from 2011.

The HR Executive will be base in Melbourne and responsible for Yes Hospitality Group and Yes Care Australia. They will provide business-focused, strategic and operational HR advice and services for the organization. The HR Executive will interpret HR policies and employment legislation, advise on risk management, and coach and support managers in handling people management, industrial relations and change processes. They will identify and promote new approaches to people management in support of delivering on the business plan

Reporting to the CEO. The role will offer on the job training, some experience would be preferred.

This opportunities responsibilities include:

- Design, develop and implement strategies, policies, procedures and initiatives in line with divisional/organisational goals and objectives.
- Provide advice to frontline managers and team members on HR policies / procedures and legislation.
- Coaching and mentoring, and where necessary assisting, managers through the entire recruitment process.
- Provide high quality industrial and employee relations advice,
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Coaching and mentoring managers and staff through the counselling process at all levels.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the Managers to develop solutions and developmental pathways.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit workforce planning and succession planning.
- Develop job evaluation mechanism and critically analyse position descriptions.
- Identify learning needs in accordance with the organisation’s strategic and operational plans.

About You;
- Experience in the similar field (1 year preferable not essential)
- Full working rights
- Demonstrated employee communications and event experience
- Highly developed presentation skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Docklands, VIC 3008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
