Yes Hospitality Group is looking for an HR Assistant to join its team. The HR Assistant will be responsible for managing and leading the housekeeping team and complying with YHG's standards.

Reporting to the HR Executive. The role will offer on the job training, some experience would be preferred though not essential.

What You’ll Do
- Support Hiring team to coordinate all telephone, video and face to face interviews.
- Place advertisements using online media and assist in shortlisting and sourcing talent
- Support projects to grow our future talent program offerings.
- Conduct screening calls for entry-level roles as needed.
- Follow up with hiring managers in timely fashion to collate interview feedback
- Assist with team administration, raising and following up on training.
- Additional ad-hoc duties may be required in addition to normal workload.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience within a similar role, preferably within a Hospitality Industry.
- Able to operate effectively in a very fast moving, developing, and constantly changing company.
- Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to quickly develop strong, strategic, and positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
- Self-starting and proactive, with an organized and focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box, suggesting and improving processes as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Docklands, VIC 3008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
