  • Initial contract until August 2026
  • Hybrid working model, partly working remotely as well as our support office

About the Role:

  • Provide administration support and solutions to the People & Culture team and the entire business
  • Action day-to-day HR admin tasks
  • Support a HR projects and initiatives as required
  • Support and assist onboarding of new team members and supplier team members
  • Resolve email queries
  • Administration of many tasks including Service Recognition and Discount Card
  • Preparation of Employment Contracts
  • Bring your positivity and your love of working with people to our team You'll need to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment and be ready to show your talent

About You:

  • Excellent administration skills and highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach and willingness to support others
  • A demonstrated understanding of the retail industry
  • Ability to actively listen and gather appropriate information to resolve stakeholder queries/requirements
  • Ability to remain objective and impartial to any situation that may arise
  • Well developed time management skills to prioritise and organise tasks/workflow on a daily basis
