An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join the company during an important growth phase. We are medium scale company, who looks for new opportunities. Yes Hospitality has been in the business from 2011.
We are in search of a hands-on HR Assistant with experience in the similar field. The HR Assistant will be base in Melbourne and responsible for Yes Hospitality Group and Yes Care Australia.
Reporting to the CEO. The role will offer on the job training, some experience would be preferred.
You will undertake all people administration activities within the employment life cycle and you will work closely with the Executive Team to implement key strategic planning decisions and facilitate engagement with Employees.
Your ability to engage the interest and passion of the team as well as the wider organization will allow you to drive the day-to-day HR activities as well as rollout of the strategic requirements. You would be tasked in identifying and implementing ideas to continuously improve the company culture. This role will be focused more on employee wellbeing than on policy administration.

This is a great role where you will coordinate and implement the Human Resources strategy ensuring strategy, projects and key decision making align with the organisations overall strategic plan.
About You;
- Experience in the similar field (1 year preferable not essential)
- Full working rights
- Demonstrated employee communications and event experience
- Highly developed presentation skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Docklands, VIC 3008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
