**About the role**
Everyone in our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. We now have an exciting opportunity available in our Product team as a** Product Manager - Insurance** where you will primarily support the QSuper Insurance product.

Key responsibilities:

- Design, develop and manage the QSuper insurance products, ensuring compliance with Group and regulatory requirements
- Engage and lead internal and external stakeholders through the analysis, design and development of insurance product and service solutions

**About you**

As you’ll be supporting project delivery and BAU activities, you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-focussed environment where you can showcase your insurance knowledge, proactive approach and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, your skills and qualifications may include the following:

- Strong understanding of insurance product within superannuation
- Strong understanding of trends in insurance product, pricing, underwriting a
- licies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated ability to prepare and present management and executive reports, submissions, policy and briefing papers as required at all levels
- Understanding of how to identify, assess and escalate risks according to the Risk Management Framework
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the strategic vision and planning
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, commerce or economics, ideally at a post graduate level will be highly regarded.
