About the Role

This Product Manager role is a dedicated resource for one of our client's largest and most complex investment relationships. With numerous live funds across multiple asset classes, you'll manage ongoing product change requests including fund launches, offer document updates, new investments, manager transitions and more. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your ability to manage transitions, product governance and client delivery will directly contribute to successful outcomes for both the client and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fund transitions including in-specie transfers, custody migrations and manager appointments/terminations
  • Manage new product launches, ongoing updates, and regulatory reporting
  • Create, verify and review fund offer documents (PDS, IMs, IMA updates)
  • Partner with fund managers, administrators and consultants to deliver outcomes
  • Ensure governance, compliance and product committee obligations are met

About You

  • Degree qualified in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related discipline
  • Background in superannuation, funds management or investment operations
  • Demonstrated experience with transitions (in-specie, in-kind, free of payment)
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to prioritise in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in client and third-party engagement
