Reports To: General Sales Manager

Job Summary:
As a property consultant intern - Vietnamese Speaking, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales team in their day-to-day tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn about the real estate industry, gain valuable experience, and potentially transition into a full-time Senior Property Consultant role with a base salary + superannuation + commission that could be $100,000++.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Accompany senior consultants on property inspections.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for properties.
- Participate in the company's training program, which includes instruction, on-the-job training and project’s training to enhance your knowledge of the industry, sales techniques, and the company's procedures.
- Meet performance targets to transition to a full-time Property Consultant role.
- Answer inquiries from clients and provide them with necessary information about properties.
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of real estate transactions.
- Build relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Be flexible and willing to take on tasks that may not be directly related to real estate sales.
- Show initiative, take ownership of your work, and be proactive in suggesting improvements.

- Vietnamese Speaking

- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to achieve targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges.

Potential for Full-Time Employment:
This internship has the potential to transition into a full-time property consultant role based on performance and meeting performance targets set by the company.
