We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our rapidly growing management company to focus on managing properties within the Melbourne CBD area. Our organisation has multiple property management offices across Australia.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's continued success. With a diverse range of responsibilities primarily focused on prospective tenant relations and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless portfolio management. As our agency is still growing, this will be a work from home role for the foreseeable future

Some key duties include but are not limited to:


• Conduct open for inspections and showcasing properties to potential renters


• Advertise properties


• Prepare comparative market analysis reports to Clients showcasing the current market

trends


• Process applications and conduct thorough applicant screenings


• Liaise with our Business Development Manager regarding upcoming new business


• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their properties


• Saturday required with one day in lieu at your choice

The Ideal Candidate:


• Experienced in residential leasing


• Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent


• Reliable car and drivers license


• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.


• Be goal driven and self-motivated.
