Position Overview: Sales Consultant

We're on the lookout for a driven and experienced Sales Consultant ready to take the next step in their career.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and wants to build a strong personal brand with the full support of an established agency behind them.

Yes—there are warm landlord leads from our rent roll. But the right person for this role will be equally focused on prospecting, generating their own listings, and building a long-term, sustainable pipeline.

Your Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs

  • Conduct appraisals and nurture client relationships throughout the sales journey

  • Prospect and generate new listing opportunities through self-driven activity

  • Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from listing to negotiation to settlement

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to launch successful campaigns

  • Conduct mid-week and Saturday inspections and buyer appointments

  • Keep CRM data clean and current, and attend regular 1:1s with leadership

  • Actively contribute to team meetings and a high-performance culture

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of residential sales experience

  • A current Agent's Rep Certificate or full licence

  • Proven ability to close, exceed targets, and self-motivate

  • Confident with prospecting, lead nurturing, and overcoming objections

  • A strong customer-first attitude and standout communication skills

  • Organised, professional, and hungry to succeed

  • A valid driver's licence and a reliable car
