**Duties and key responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute campaigns to support the Oceania sales team.
- Reviewing data analytics and reporting to identifying customer preferences and inform advertising campaigns.
- Coordinating the production of events (external exhibitions, staff events, etc), marketing materials (catalogues, brochures, promotional items, etc), thought leadership pieces (content) and digital channels in a timely and cost effective manor.
- Coordinating promotion on digital channels including Social Media (focusing on LinkedIn), Website, Blog, internal platforms to ensure internal stakeholder engagement
- Monitoring the digital performance of existing channels and researching the potential of new channels based on market focus.
- Monitor efficiency of marketing processes and procedures for feedback to management.
- Advising on all elements of marketing, particularly sales promotion, sales support and distribution channels.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor of Business with a focus on marketing (preferential)
- Being proactive, self-motivated and commercially driven
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Proactive in Social Media (preferable experience with LinkedIn)
- Interest in content writing
- Experience with Hubspot (preferential)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (preferential)
- Competency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Good organisation and time management
- Good communicator.
- Able to work autonomously and within a team.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- SAP Business One experience preferred.
- Motivated and self-driven.

**Our offer**:

- 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus public holidays)
- Ongoing internal training, support and development

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
