We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers. Using your in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and operations, you will identify sales opportunities, present solutions, and drive growth within your assigned territory or market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities
  • Plan and manage your daily sales activities and strategies
  • Provide accurate pricing, credit terms, and delivery information
  • Demonstrate products and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, logistics, and technical services
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product developments
  • Prepare regular sales reports and territory analyses
  • Resolve customer issues through investigation and solution development
  • Attend industry trade shows and events as required

Additional duties may be assigned by the Line Manager.
