About Yuan’s Fresh Meat:
Yuan’s Fresh Meat is a WA family business, which commenced trading in 2005. As a direct result of our total dedication to excellence in quality, service, and hygiene standards, we have gained a large customer base ranging from individual caterers to supermarkets, hotels, hospitals, and wholesalers.

Due to the business expansion, we are currently looking for two experienced sales representatives to join our vibrant team on a permanent basis. One is for the fresh meat sales and one for the logistics business development.

About This Job:
Directly sell and deliver company products and services to customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities
Achieve volume and revenue sales targets as per sales plan
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Continuously improve through feedback
About You:
Unlimited Driver’s license
3+ years of experience as a Sales and Services Representative and preferred with FMCG experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Self-motivated and can build enduring relationships with existing customers
Be able to work under pressure

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
